We try to keep the quantities updated as best we can on this site but at times an item you order may not be in stock. This will be a rare occurance but when it does happen we will issue a credit for the parts that are missing from your order. The remainder of your order will ship the same day.

We are happy to offer next day air and priority shipping. All air and priority shipments must be pre arranged and will ship the same day. Please contact us for more information.

All returned merchandise must have a Return Authorization Number from Nash Lift Truck Supply Co.
All returns approved must be returned within 30 days a 20% re-stock charge will appply.
Merchandise will be credited only.

Freight charges will not be credited if:

• Customer cancels order after shipment
• Customer ordered wrong part
• Customer gave wrong info, i.e. Truck model, serial & or part number
• Customer returns parts after 30 days
